Well, to make things simple, Russia might be legit going towards purging any thing LGBT related like The Purge series are supposed to be a guideline than a dystopian story.
So in around a few years ago, 2013/14 give or take, there was a similar announcement that pushed me to have an AO3 account which I have actively used since. I had a DW account more or less the same time. Only now the matters are serious enough that like most of the friends that I met in Museslash, I decided to jump ship and import my contents to here. I'll keep LJ as an active journal and be active on DW as well. So if the purge DOES happen... well, at least we saved most of the content that got through.
I used to be active in a LJ community called jrockyaoi before my interests have waned and I found Museslash that have helped to reinvigorate myself and my stories once more. In return, I partially reinvigorated MS into trying out something beyond Belldom, and it is a beautiful mix between Coldplay and Muse to pair up Chris Martin and Matt Bellamy. Or as what I would like to call it: Belltin.
